પંચાયત વિભાગનો નવો સિલેબસ જાણવા માટે

પંચાયતમાં 13 હજાર જેટલી ભરતી માટેની વહીવટી પ્રક્રિયા ચાલુ

ગુજરાત રાજ્યનાં પંચાયત વિભાગમાં લાંબા સમય બાદ ભરતીની કવાયત શરુ કરવામાં આવી છે. જિલ્લા અને તાલુકા પંચાયતનાં માળખામાં આશરે 16,600 જેટલી જગ્યાઓ ખાલી છે. તેમાંથી 13,000 જગ્યાઓ ભરવા માટેની વહીવટી પ્રક્રિયા ચાલુ છે. નવેમ્બરમાં રાજયની દસ હજાર ગ્રામ પંચાયતની ચૂંટણીની આચાર સંહિતા લાગુ પડે તે પૂર્વે આ ભરતીની જાહેરાત કરી ઓન લાઇન અરજીઓ મંગાવવા સરકાર આગળ વધી રહી છે.

સ્ટાફ ન હોવાથી પંચાયતનાં કામ ખોરંભે પડ્યાની અનેક રજૂઆતો થઇ

સૂત્રોનું માનીએ તો, રાજ્યની 33 જિલ્લા પંચાયતો પાસેથી વર્ગ ૩ની ભરતીની સત્તા રાજ્ય સરકારે લઇ લીધા બાદ હવે પંચાયત પસંદગી મંડળને આ સત્તા સોંપવામાં આવી છે. સ્ટાફ ન હોવાથી પંચાયતનાં વિભાગોમાં કામો ખોરંભે પડી રહયા હોવાની વ્યાપક ફરિયાદો બાદ રાજ્યની નવી સરકારે પંચાયત વિભાગમાં ભરતીને પ્રાથમિકતા આપી અને 100 ક્વિસનાં એકશન પ્લાનમાં પણ તેનો સમાવેશ કર્યો છે. સરકારની લીલીઝંડી બાદ 15 જેટલા સંવર્ગની 13000 કર્મચારીઓની ભરતી માટેની દરખાસ્ત હાલ નાણાં વિભાગને પણ મોકલી દેવામાં આવી હોવાનું પંચાયત વિભાગનાં સૂત્રોએ જણાવ્યુ હતુ
