  1. By eating cardamom, digestive juices are formed quickly in the stomach.  Due to this gas is included in the stomach.  On the other hand, the use of cardamom also reduces flatulence.  Chew some cardamom seeds thrice a day to get relief from flatulence and diarrhea.


  2. Chewing half spoon roasted fennel after eating food provides relief from frequent belching.  Flatulence and belching stop by eating fennel.  Along with healing the digestive system, fennel also relieves problems like bloating, poor digestion, and sore throat.


  3. Take asafetida powder in the room and keep it on the navel.  This will remove the burning sensation of the stomach and will also cure stomach pain.


  4. If you have gas, acidity, sour belching, etc. in the stomach, then drink orange juice mixed with a little roasted cumin and rock salt.  This will give you some relief soon.


  5. Include curd or buttermilk in your daily diet.  It gives relief from gas and sour belching in the stomach.
