  Yogurt is very beneficial in summer.  Its consumption keeps the body cool.  Curd also does not cause problems like dehydration.  Yogurt contains vitamins B2, B12, and probiotic potassium.  Also, if curd is consumed with some things, there is a lot of harm.  Even the elders of the house often refuse to eat some such things with curd, which the body has difficulty digesting.
