  material:

  Semolina - 1 cup

  Ghee - half cup

  Sugar - 1 cup

  1 cup water


  process:

  Put water and sugar in a pan

  Allow the sugar to dissolve well in the water on low flame.

  Now take a pan and put ghee in it.

  Put semolina in ghee and fry it on medium flame.

  When the semolina turns light brown, add sugar mixture to it.

  Keep stirring with semolina slowly so that it does not burst.

  When it becomes thick, turn off the flame and serve with dry fruits.
