Standard 10 and 12 schools have started from January 11. Today, the Gujarat Board has announced the schedule of Std. 10 and Std. 12 examinations. The standard 10 and 12 examinations are starting from May 10. These examinations will continue till May 25. The standard 12 examination time will be from 3 pm to 6.30 pm. While the standard 10 examination will be from 10 am to 3:15 pm.

Pursuant to this change, the Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has prepared question papers of 40 main subjects of Std-10 and 12 in the form, merit and sample question papers which have been sent to all the Secondary-Higher Secondary Schools through all the District Education Officers. CBSE Board 10th Result 2021 Date: The Delhi government on Wednesday recommended the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to once again review the class 10th board result release timetable. Delhi government has said that because many of its teachers are on COVID-19 vaccination duty, it is difficult to prepare the 10th board result on time. According to the agency report, in a letter to CBSE, the government has also cited the increasing number of COVID-19 cases in the national capital and the lockdown imposed till May 10.

CBSE has said that for class 10th students, schools will have to submit marks of students by June 11 and the result will be declared by June 20. To this, the Delhi government said, "Keeping in mind the current situation of the pandemic, the applicable lockdown in the state, the deployment of teachers in many places and other things, the Board officials should review the result time table again."

The letter further stated, "To assist the district administration, most teachers and other employees, including Delhi government schools data entry operators and assistant IT, are engaged in COVID-19 duty or vaccinations. Teachers are engaged in conducting door-to-door surveys in corona hotspots and containment zones, providing assistance with testing and contact tracing, COVID-19 vaccination, and other tasks."In view of the pandemic crisis, the CBSE board has cancelled the 10th board exam and is now going to release the result by June 20 on the basis of internal marking. The 12th board examinations are currently postponed and the announcement of new exam dates is expected to be made soon.

The Supreme Court on Monday directed 36,000 unaided private schools in Rajasthan to charge 15 per cent lower annual fees from students for the academic session 2020-21. The ruling clarifies that no student can be prevented from attending a class if the fees are not paid and the situation is normal. At the same time, the result of their examination cannot be stopped.The judgment of the High Court remains the same



The apex court upheld the Rajasthan High Court's order challenging the validity of the Rajasthan Vidyalaya Act 2016 and the rule on fixing fees in schools.6 Payment of fees in equal installments



The 128-page judgment of Justice A M Khanwilkar and Justice Dinesh Maheshwari clarified that the fees for the academic session 2020-21 would be paid by students or parents in six equal installments. The bench also said that it could not be denied that the complete lockdown imposed due to the epidemic had created an unprecedented situation. It has had a serious impact on the people, the business world and the country as a whole.The school can give more concessions to students if it wants



Justice Khanwilkar noted in the judgment that a large number of people lost their jobs in this type of economic crisis. The judgment said that the appellant should charge his students for the academic session 2019-20 in accordance with the provisions prescribed under the law for the year 2016, but for the academic session 2020-21 the fee should be 15 per cent less considering the facilities not used by the students. An important decision of the Central Government has been taken today regarding the CBSE Board Exam to be held in the country. The central government has decided in a meeting with education officials that the standard 10 exam has been canceled and all students will be promoted to the next standard. At present, the board exam of standard 12 will be postponed.




On the other hand, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh governments have decided to postpone state board exams.
CBSE board exam is scheduled to be held on May 4
The 10th and 12th board exams of CBSE are scheduled for May 4. The exam will be conducted in two shifts as per the schedule announced by the board. But now the exam is likely to be postponed in view of Corona's growing case. Earlier, the All India Student Association had also demanded the postponement of the 10th and 12th board exams. 



A letter was written to the Ministry of Education from the association. At least 3 million students are expected to appear for the CBSE board exams. The exam will be conducted offline. For this the students are also running a # CancelBoardExam2021 campaign on social media.
