  In case of fever, first boil a piece of ginger, turmeric powder, 4-5 black pepper powder, and a little jaggery in 2 cups of water.  Taking this decoction 3-4 times a day provides instant relief in fever.

  Boil 1 teaspoon of whole coriander in 1 glass of water.  Then drink half the water.  This will bring down the fever quickly.

  Put 1 teaspoon clove powder and 10-12 basil leaves in 1 liter of water.  Boil it and drink this water every 2 hours.

  Soak 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in 1 cup of water overnight.  Strain the water in the morning and drink it after mixing a few drops of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of honey.

  Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.  Also include soup, juice, and coffee in the diet.

  Be sure to include garlic in your diet.  Apart from this, heat 2 cloves of garlic in olive oil and massage it on the soles of the feet.
