 Thyroid Treatment - Home Remedies and Homemade Recipes to Try


  If you're experiencing thyroid symptoms, get tested first.  Thyroid level in the body is checked by doing T3, T4, and TCH tests.

 

Thyroid Treatment

  Turmeric Milk -

  Thyroid control is achieved by drinking turmeric boiled in milk daily.  If you do not drink turmeric milk, then dry turmeric and consume it.

 

  milk juice -

  Drinking milk juice every morning on an empty stomach also helps in eliminating the thyroid.  Do not eat or drink anything for half an hour after drinking the juice.


  Basil and Aloe Vera -

  Mixing half a teaspoon of aloe vera juice with two teaspoons of basil juice also gets rid of this disease.


  Red onion -

  Cut an onion in half and cut it into two pieces and massage it around the thyroid gland before sleeping at night.  Then do not wash the onion from the throat

 

  green coriander -

  For home treatment of thyroid, make a chutney by grinding green coriander and drink a glass of water by adding a spoonful of chutney.  Whenever you do this remedy, consume fresh chutney.  Take coriander which has a good smell.  By doing this home remedy regularly and properly, the thyroid will be under control.


Black pepper -

   Black pepper is very beneficial in the treatment of the thyroid.  If you consume black pepper in any way, it will be beneficial.

 

   Almonds and Walnuts -

   Almonds and walnuts contain an element called selenium, which is beneficial in the treatment of the thyroid.  It also provides relief for sore throat.  This remedy is more beneficial in hypothyroidism.

 

   Ashwagandha -

   Take one spoonful of Ashwagandha powder with cow's milk at bedtime.

 

   exercise -

   Exercise for half an hour daily.  It keeps the thyroid under control.

 

   Baba Ramdev Medicine -

   If you want to take medicine prescribed by Baba Ramdev to get rid of your thyroid then take Divya Kanchanar Guggulu.  You will get this medicine in any Patanjali store.

 

   What to eat in the Thyroid:-

 

   The patient suffering from thyroid should consume more vitamin A in his diet.  Green vegetables and carrots are rich in vitamin A which helps in regulating the thyroid.

 

   A person suffering from thyroid should drink three to four liters of water daily.  It helps in flushing out the toxins from the body.  Apart from this, drink one or two glasses of fruit juice.  It will be good if you drink coconut water once a week.

 

   Iodine is very effective in controlling the thyroid but consumes natural iodine as much as possible.  Like tomatoes, garlic and onions.
